🌿Palo santo & sage Are for cleaning your space before you start and cleansing your crystals. You will need charcoal as this is in a loose incense.

💙 you can start, however you would wish but some suggestions are to start with Was cleansing the space, get a new tea ready to drink & set intentions, you may want to cleanse the crystals. Use the oil on each chakra, saying the affirmation on the bottle. Lay down and And place each crystal on each chakra. At this time just lay down and relax and you can repeat the affirmation. It’s a good idea to journal afterwards to see what you envisioned or felt.
